As a small family owned business with over 35 years of building experience, Healy Homes is a keystone in the Knoxville market. We provide quality construction with a dedicated focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail that sets us apart.

Our Homes

Healy Homes has built in several communities in Knoxville. We most recently had the privilege to build and sell 20 beautiful homes in Bluegrass Bend, develop and build 39 homes in The Annex at Jefferson Park, and 16 homes in Concord Crossing. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and unparalleled customer service. We stand behind our work and know our relationship extends beyond the purchase of a home.

History

Wally Conard started building in Concord Woods in 1978 and continued to build over 500 homes in the Knoxville area including developments like View Harbor, Wood Harbor and more recently the Preserve at Gleason. He specialized in providing quality homes at affordable prices. His ability to utilize square footage and maximize space with a focus on family needs made his projects a cornerstone in the Knoxville market.

Dave and Ashley Healy, Wally's daughter and son-in-law, joined the team in 2004 and have since put their stamp on several very successful subdivisions. Their goal is to offer well-designed floor-plans at affordable prices. It is our desire to continue the legacy of quality construction that allows Knoxville families to make their dream of a home a reality.

Our Team

David Healy

Primary Builder/ Developer

After completing his MBA at University of Tennessee in 2004 David joined the team. Created in 2005, Healy Homes is a marriage of time-tested building practices and new craftsman style. David has since put his stamp on several very successful subdivisions. David's hands on management offers clients the unique opportunity to work closely with their builder.

Micheal Haynes

Contractor/ Site Supervisor

Mike has over 30 of construction experience with a focus on framing and craftsman carpentry. His attention to detail gives a superior level of quality to each project he works on.

Ashley Healy

Executive Officer,
Designer,
Owner/Agent

Ashley grew up in the home building industry, watching her father serve clients and make their dreams a reality. She has an eye for design and her father's heart for building to achieve each homeowner's vision. Ashley said, "It's our customers who bring the best ideas. As we tweak our plans to meet their needs we end up using use their creativity to better our product. I love to watch their vision intertwine with our concepts to create beautiful spaces"

Susy is typically your first point of contact with Healy Homes and she'll be with you every step of the way. We recruited Susy for her wealth of knowledge in the real estate market but it's her incredible work ethic, dedication to clients and friendly demeanor that make her an invaluable asset to the Healy Homes team.
